### Universal Declaration for the Decriminalization of All Organic Plant-Based Drugs


**Preamble**

Recognizing the inherent dignity and equal rights of all individuals as the foundation of freedom, justice, and peace in the world, and acknowledging the historical, cultural, medicinal, and recreational significance of organic plant-based substances across societies;


Concerned by the disproportionate harm, social injustices, and violations of personal freedoms resulting from the criminalization and stigmatization of plant-based drugs;


Understanding the importance of promoting and protecting the rights of individuals to access, cultivate, possess, and use organic plant-based substances responsibly and safely;


Emphasizing the need for equitable regulation and legalization to advance public health, harm reduction, and social well-being;


Calling for international cooperation and collaboration in drug policy reform based on evidence, research, and human rights;


We hereby proclaim this Universal Declaration for the Decriminalization of All Organic Plant-Based Drugs as a common standard for the dignity, freedom, and well-being of all individuals and communities.
